We’re happy to help you set up fields, prices and checks, or look into anything that doesn’t work as expected.

Chat in the app

Open the app in your Shopify admin, go to Help and click Chat with us. Your store is identified automatically, so we can look at your setup right away.

Email

Write to support@gmvify.com. Include your store’s address (your-store.myshopify.com) and, if it’s about a product page, a link to that product.

Tutorials

The Help page in the app has step-by-step tutorials: placing the block in your theme, choosing products, prices per character, swatches, showing fields only when needed, required fields, photo uploads, translations, order emails and packing slips.

Good to know

• The app needs an Online Store 2.0 theme (one that supports app blocks).
• Fields show on the products you choose in each field group, in the theme where the GMVify fields block is added.
• Add-on prices, the checkout check for required fields, order checks, file uploads and machine translation are part of the Pro plan. Plans are listed on the Shopify App Store.
