Terms of service

These terms cover your use of GMVify Custom Product Options (shown in your Shopify admin as GMVify Product Options, “the app”), provided by Vitamin Creative Lab Limited (“we”, “us”), as a merchant who installs it on a Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. Shopify’s own terms still apply to your store and to how Shopify bills you.

What the app does

The app adds custom fields to your product pages, charges the add-on prices you set through Shopify’s cart, checks required fields at checkout, and writes shoppers’ entries to their orders. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Plans and billing

The app has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current plans, prices and any free trial are shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing and in the app. Shopify bills paid plans with your Shopify invoice. You can change plans or uninstall at any time; uninstalling stops future charges. If we raise a price, we tell you before it applies.

Your prices and fields

You decide the fields, options and add-on prices on your products, and you are responsible for them being correct and lawful, including taxes and any consumer rules where you sell. Check your fields and prices on your storefront before you rely on them.

Your content

What shoppers enter and upload belongs to you and your shoppers. You’re responsible for having the rights your business needs to receive and use it. You may not use the app to collect content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights or is malicious.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and fast, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we’ll tell you ahead of time.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or orders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we do. We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or an urgent risk to others requires us to act at once.
