Terms of service
Last updated October 17, 2026These terms cover your use of GMVify Order Editing (“the app”), provided by Vitamin Creative Lab Limited (“we”, “us”), as a merchant who installs it on a Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. Shopify’s own terms still apply to your store and to how Shopify bills you.
What the app does
The app lets your customers change their orders within the limits you set: the shipping address, items and quantities, cancelling and the personalization on an item. It makes the changes on the same order through Shopify, holds fulfillment while an order can be edited, sends payment links and refunds for differences, keeps each personalization version on the order, and emails your customers and you. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
Plans and billing
The app has a Free plan up to a monthly order limit and paid plans by the store’s monthly orders, all with the same features. Current plans, prices, limits and any free trial are shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing and in the app. Shopify bills paid plans with your Shopify invoice. You can change plans or uninstall at any time; uninstalling stops future charges. If we raise a price, we tell you before it applies.
We never move you to a higher plan or charge you for going over a limit on our own. When a store goes over its plan’s limit, we remind you and editing keeps working for a grace period; after it, new customer edits pause until you change plans. Development stores can use every feature free.
Your settings and orders
You decide what customers can change, for how long, and how refunds are made, and you are responsible for those choices, for your prices, taxes and refunds being correct and lawful where you sell, and for fulfilling the order as edited. Shopify’s order page, packing slips and apps that read line item properties keep showing the personalization first ordered; the current version is in the app’s block on the order page. Check an edit there before you make the order.
Your content
Photos and text customers enter belong to you and your customers. You’re responsible for having the rights your business needs to use them on the products you sell. The app only keeps them to put them on the order. You may not use the app to collect content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights or is malicious.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running and fast, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Some changes depend on what Shopify allows on an order at that moment. We may change or improve features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we’ll tell you ahead of time.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or orders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we do. We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or an urgent risk to others requires us to act at once.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post changes here and change the date above, and tell you about significant ones before they apply. Questions: email support@gmvify.com or see the support page.
