Terms of service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms cover your use of GMVify Photo & File Upload (“GMVify Upload”, “the app”), provided by Vitamin Creative Lab Limited (“we”, “us”), as a merchant who installs it on a Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. Shopify’s own terms still apply to your store and to how Shopify bills you.

What the app does

GMVify Upload adds upload boxes to your product pages, keeps the files shoppers upload, and attaches them to the orders they come with. How we handle that data is in the privacy policy.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 50 orders with uploads a month, 1 GB of storage, files up to 20 MB and 30 days of file storage after each order. Pro includes unlimited orders with uploads and storage, files up to 1 GB and 365 days of storage after each order, subject to fair use below. Current prices and the length of the free trial are shown on the app’s Shopify App Store listing and in the app. Shopify bills Pro with your Shopify invoice. You can change plans or uninstall at any time; uninstalling stops future charges. If we raise a price, you keep the price you signed up at.

When a Free store goes over its monthly orders, uploads keep working for the rest of that month and we tell you. In a later month, once the store reaches its monthly orders, upload boxes say uploads are paused and stop requiring a file, so shoppers can still order, until the next month or until you upgrade.

Fair use

“Unlimited” on Pro means we don’t count or cap the uploads and storage a store selling custom or printed products normally needs, however busy it gets. It doesn’t cover using GMVify Upload as general file hosting or as a backup service, or traffic that isn’t shoppers ordering from your store. If a store’s use is far beyond what similar stores need and costs us much more to serve, we’ll contact you first to talk it over and agree on a way forward. We won’t limit uploads without telling you at least 30 days ahead.

Your content

Files belong to you and your shoppers. You’re responsible for having the rights and permissions your business needs to receive and use them, and for the products you sell with them. We only process files to run the app for you. You may not use GMVify Upload to collect or share content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights or is malicious. We may remove such content, or suspend a store that keeps uploading it, after we’re told about it.

File storage

Files linked to an order are deleted when your plan’s storage period after that order ends; we email you a week ahead. Files no order claimed are deleted after a week. Download what you need to keep (Uploads in the app makes a ZIP of any orders). GMVify Upload isn’t a backup: keep your own copies of files that matter.

Availability and changes

We work to keep GMVify Upload running and fast, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we’ll tell you ahead of time.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or orders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

Ending

You can stop using GMVify Upload at any time by uninstalling it. Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data 48 hours after you uninstall, and we delete its files then. We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these terms, after telling you why, except where the law or an urgent risk to others requires us to act at once.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post changes here and change the date above, and email you about significant ones before they apply. Questions: email support@gmvify.com or see the support page.
